Job Details:
Proven successful oversight of several ServiceNow implementations
7+ years’ experience on implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow solutions, of which at least 3 years should be as ServiceNow Architect
Experience should include direction of architecture, configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment of the ServiceNow suite (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, etc).
Experience building complex workflows using Workflow Editor and Flow Designer
Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture
Should have experience designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems, including use of ServiceNow’s IntegrationHub
Ensure platform performance best practices are followed while developing and architecting ServiceNow solutions
Managing relationships, operating procedures, and service level agreements with clients and co-workers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong process development and documentation skills
Prepare and deliver training materials.
Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
Assist with pre-sales activities to support demos and functional inquiries
