  ServiceNow Engagement Manager

 The opportunity

 We’re seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Manager, who’s an encouraging team player, is passionate about the ServiceNow platform, familiar with Agile Delivery, Scrum Delivery and Project Management who has a knack for producing excellent customer experiences, leading high performing teams and delivering high quality implementations.

Your key responsibilities
 

  • Oversee and lead engagement delivery and be responsible for monitoring team performance, with accountability for managing all aspects of engagements ensuring project budget and financials are managed effectively 
  • Manages or coordinates cross-disciplinary activities across various workstreams and engagement efforts whilst tracking progress against commitments in the SOW, ensuring that deliverables meet high EY quality standard
  • Lead Scrum teams by clearing obstacles, capturing and tracking key sprint metrics and coaching team on following Agile practices
  • Working with a team of technical and functional analysts, solution architects and delivery managers to deliver incredible ServiceNow solutions for clients. 
  • Managing and contributing to solution plan definition, approach, estimation, and resource planning (onshore and offshore) during the pursuit process
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the ServiceNow practice, including mentorship and coaching to support the professional growth of more junior consultants


Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have:
 

  • Experience working in agile project delivery including leading people, teams and interacting with customers and stakeholders fundamental to the delivery of an engagement 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
  • An aptitude for learning new technologies - a quick learner and early adopter
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology, Project delivery and stakeholder management
  • The ability to build strong and credible relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Experience in developing and growing client relationships to identify and pursue follow-on opportunities within existing engagements.
  • The ability to self-manage and develop skills independently while contributing to the capability set of the broader team.


 Ideally, you’ll also have:
 

  • Consulting experience
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Project management experience
  • ServiceNow experience
