Job Description

The Role

As IT Service Desk Manager, you will be the technical lead and lead a service desk team of 16 to ensure they are responsive to queries, requests and issues raised by front line staff, located across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. You will provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to the team and will drive a culture of continual process improvement with the Support Services team. This a permanent full-time role.

In this role you’ll:

  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the development, planning and delivery of new systems and services, and review of existing systems and services.
  • Manage the IT Service Desk team workload assignment and evaluate performance.
  • Advocate for the Service Desk across the business to promote its strength as a core business asset

  • Strong experience in and a passion for problem solving, analytics and reporting
