This role is located in Halifax, NS.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage change tickets.
  • Work with field agents and internal teams to escalate and track multiple issues.
  • Assist in research and confirm customer facing and back-office issues.
  • Identify and understand issues.
  • Manage communication across various teams ranging from Tier 1 basic troubleshooting teams to Tier 4 fix agent teams.
  • Request and manage tickets driving resolution to user issues.
  • Test and confirm issues/resolutions.
  • Work with multiple project teams to track change tickets
  • Work with change management team to create templates and gather information for new projects


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Support and data gathering
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Excellent team player
  • Shows initiative and exercises good judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point.
