Westpoint Autos has been servicing the western suburbs of Brisbane and beyond since 1988. Due to our continued growth, we have an additional role available at our newest Service Department for a Service Bookings Receptionist.

This customer focused role will be the first point of contact for our Service and Parts customers at our Super Service Centre at Seventeen Mile Rocks, just off the Centenary Motorway.

This role will be a cross between ‘face-to-face’ customer service and a 'behind-the-scenes' role but would be ideally suited to an experienced Administrator / Receptionist who has the ability to multi-task and juggle the cross connection.  Whether you are a seasoned automotive industry adminstration professional looking for a change, looking to move off the tools as a Technician and keen to expand on your Automotive Service Administration knowledge or simply looking for a change and career path which will be both enjoyable and financially rewarding, look no further…. 

This role involves handling a large amount of inbound and outbound calls, face-to-face customer interactions to secure customer bookings, follow up service appointments / re-schedules, help resolve customer and other dealer enquiries and basic conflict resolution. 

Applicants for this position would ideally have exemplary administration skills and automotive industry experience would be looked upon favourably. You will need immaculate presentation and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy and total reliability are needed along with the personal motivation to achieve customer satisfaction.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experience;
  • Achieving customer satisfaction objectives
  • Ensuring all inbound and outbound communications are handled promptly and accurately;
  • Scheduling customer service bookings
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of relevant brand, product, marketing and procedures relevant to customer enquiries and issues;
  • Working with internal departments to negotiate positive solutions for our customers;
  • Be able to work as part of a team, provide effective communication; and

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service environment;
  • Experience in customer data entry;
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service;
  • Very strong verbal communication skills;
  • Proven experience owning and resolving customer's queries;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft product suite;
  • Fast / accurate typing skills;

An interest or knowledge of automotive terminology is helpful, but not a requirement.  Continual in-house, manufacturer and internal training will be provided.
