The role

APM delivers Local Area Co-ordination (LAC) services as a Partner in the Community with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

In this role you will lead and coordinate the LAC Participant Planning services in North Metro and Central South Metro service areas to achieve and exceed the objectives of the LAC program.

You will be responsible for:

• Proactive leadership and employee engagement that drives a person-centred positive culture that aligns with APM Values and Code of Conduct
• Ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements, KPIs, policy, and processes
• Contributing to  the development of business area strategy, operational planning, and reporting
• Striving for continuous improvement with systems and processes to maximise efficiency
• Regular local engagement with stakeholders at the National Disability Insurance Agency and in the community

• Demonstrated experience in managing & leading a team in the disability sector

• Demonstrated ability to meet organisational targets and deadlines
