Service Advisor

We currently have an excellent opportunity available to drive the success of the AUS Mechanical Services and Europcar businesses by supporting the Workshop team with administrative duties and parts ordering. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the workshop staff by completing administrative duties. The successful candidate will be the main contact between the workshop and customers regarding the repair and maintenance service on vehicles.

The position requires a thorough understanding of vehicle servicing and repair operations in order to successfully provide support. Motivated and driven, your demonstrated experience in customer service and administration will ensure you are able to hit the ground running.

You will receive:

• $500 bonus upon commencement
• $500 bonus upon completion of probation
• A further $1000 upon completing 12 months of service

The successful candidate will also possess the following attributes:

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in workshop administration
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• High level of administration skills to ensure job cards and invoices are completed on time
• Time management and coordination skills
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
• Prior experience in Service Management Systems (Desirable)
• Current drivers licence (MR preferred)
