The Company

Tequila Daisy is a high end, fast paced casual restaurant located on the waterfront in Barangaroo. 

We're a busy venue serving both diners & those enjoying a drink or two after work. It's a dynamic place that requires someone who is not only experienced in handling covers of up to 300 in a night but is a quick thinker, intuitive & relaxed under pressure. 

You'll need to be an excellent waiter and be able to help the managers supervise, ensuring the venue is opened & closed to our standards. Assisting in providing an overall excellent dining experience. Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephone, and online reservations.

To be a good fit you'll require the below:

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in high end restaurants
• Be passionate about the industry
• Excellent knowledge of food & wine
• Be professional in attitude, punctuality and reliability
• Be well presented, courteous & truly love serving customers!
• Be able to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Be fluent in English
• A permanent resident of Australia
