WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Join the Global Credit Technology team as we continuously deliver new products to modernize operational business processes by delivering enterprise grade solutions. We are seeking a talented and adaptable Senior Technology SCRUM \ Product Manager to maintain an existing portfolio of applications and deliver new business capabilities to our credit business in Capital Markets.
Day to day, your work runs the full SDLC scope, from managing requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deploying to production and providing knowledge transfer to support teams. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities, and will be communicating directly with business stakeholders to understand the use cases and ensuring your solution is fit for purpose.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Implement Agile-based project framework across multiple initiatives to enable Business and Technology leads to map out delivery requirements and Strategic roadmaps.
• Ensure the defined OKRs for the group are met and facilitate on key project artefacts: GAP, Monthly \ Quarterly Governance decks, project plans, and senior management status updates.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Backlog Readiness, Backlog Refinement, SCRUMs, Retrospectives etc.) and team meetings to define and communicate on delivery milestones. Work with development leads and Business stakeholders to remove impediments to delivery and manage any issues and delays with effective coordination\communication.
• Facilitate with technical analysis\specifications of requirements from Business and help maintain the content in JIRAs as well write effective Confluence knowledge article for multiple teams supporting the application platforms. Ensure JIRAs logging and boards are organized to provide both granular and management level transparency.
• Implement best practices and gold-standards that can be followed by multiple teams in a Scaled Agile framework to facilitate resolution and communication across functional groups on issues and decisions.
• The hire will help Credit Delivery Lead to implement governance structures to centralize planning, direct and coordinate activities of projects for Global Credit IT to ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope and budget. These projects are a high level of value (benefit/cost), and there is a considerable level of complexity and uncertainty involved.
• Provide thought leadership to continuously refine delivery best practices, including aspects related to DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, QA test management, and project management.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
• University Degree in a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated project management experience, ideally with Agile-based project delivery framework.
• Ability to think outside the box and create innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Self-motivated – driven to get results, takes initiative and needs minimum oversight.
• Deadline-driven and results-oriented candidate with excellent organizational skills and ability to balance potentially conflicting priorities, and to track and monitor numerous commitments and activities.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience in undertaking liaison and consultations with multiple stakeholders and interest groups. Focus on team work and inter-personal skills.
Nice-to-have:
• Experience with OOP languages like Java/Python to design and architect test automation frameworks.
• Capital Markets experience or knowledge is a strong plus.
• Experience with relational database programming (e.g. Sybase, SQL Server).
