As the Senior Technical Systems Analyst you will ensure the integrity, efficiency and accessibility on the Ministry's IT systems. The Technical Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the ongoing operation and maintenance of IT systems by providing user support, maintaining system documentation, contributing to fault diagnosis and resolution, system enhancements, engaging with business users and vendors. The team will provide analysis and advice and support the administration, development and maintenance for systems. The team will also support and be resource for Portfolio agile teams as required.

You will ensure positive working relationships within the team and across teams to ensure a partnership approach is developed and maintained.

We are looking for someone inquiring and analytical with an eye for innovation and improvement. You will need the following skills and experience to be successful:

• Experience supporting applications or business teams
• Demonstrates technical competency in area of specialisation.
• Streamline systems and processes
• System administration and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work with a strong level of prioritisation
• Managing and maintaining documentation
• Ability write and interpret requirements and user stories
• Experience with the following would be advantageous; Activate and AzureDevOps
