 As a Senior Technical Systems Analyst / Technical Systems Analyst you will cover the gamut of support, operations, and development, working directly with customers, vendors, stakeholders and developers to deliver great software. You'll add value by bridging the gap between technical detail and business outcomes.

Strong organisation and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to be able to work closely and develop relationships with people both within the team and across the wider business. This is a role for a self-starter who enjoys working in a technical and detail-oriented role. In return we can offer you meaningful work with a leading, science focused Government Agency

We are looking for someone inquiring and analytical with an eye for innovation and improvement. You will need the following skills and experience to be successful:

• Experience in applications support and configuration changes
• Minimum 2 years' experience in application support space
• Apply application configuration changes to our core systems
• Provide technical support and knowledge to support projects as required.

• Contribute to the implementation of business application changes
• Liaise between the IT team, vendors, and business areas
• Ensure software errors are tracked, reported and amended in a timely manner to stakeholders and teams alike
• A powerful communicator

Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:

• Azur
• SQL
• SSRS reporting
