Job Description

Cognizant is its People! We’re seeking a true Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Canada. As an experienced recruiter that thrives in a consultative, client-centric environment, you’ll execute “Full Life Cycle” recruiting to attract highly-skilled talent for our business, with a focus on hiring technical and consulting professionals. You believe that the candidate and hiring manager experience is top priority and achieve excellence through collaboration with internal and external partners.

 Key Responsibilities:

Manage full life cycle recruitment from demand gathering through offer negotiation & on-boarding (sourcing, screening, candidate management, etc.) for multi-function teams in distributed locations

Be an ambassador for the organization’s brand and values; promoting Cognizant as an employer of choice

Lead creative and strategic candidate sourcing plans to provide a diverse and high-calibre pipeline of talent

Report generation and communication for status of active searches

Outreach initiatives and candidate pipeline creation for future hiring needs

Management of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

 Required Qualifications:

At least 5+ years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting of technology and consulting roles, including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates

Proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular internet job portals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environment and fulfill positions efficiently

Should be a self-starter and thrive in a team environment that delivers Talent Acquisition services to multiple stakeholders with frequently evolving business requirements 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with FTE and Contractor hiring

Experience working within a Fortune 500 global organization

Bilingual in French and English (ideally)

 Required Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent amount of related work experience is required
