Job Description
Responsibilities
- Driving the user experience design of multiple projects simultaneously from conception to launch in partnership with project managers, UX researchers and stakeholders.
- Taking broad, conceptual ideas and turning them into something useful and valuable for our 10k users
- Designing end-to-end flows and experiences, from whiteboard to final prototypes
- Producing designs using existing design system and guidelines and create new experiences
- Solicit and provide feedback from partners to continually improve the quality through multiple iterations exploring a range of design options
- Collaborating with your team and lead ideation, concept development, creation and facilitate design thinking
- Support and guide other designers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX or design-related work
- Experience leading projects or product direction and strategic thinking while developing goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the business
- Strong interest in answering business needs while being challenged by the limitations and constraints imposed by each project
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Experience in communicating appropriately at all levels of the organization; including written and verbal communications, as well as visualizations;
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities;
Preferred qualifications
- Design, marketing or project delivery related university degrees
- Project Delivery Experience
- Knowledge and/or experience with Matomo, Figma.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
