Job Duties/Accountabilities:

• Manage incoming reporting requests from a community of 500+ users
• Manage data governance policies for different communities across the corporation
• Partner with our technical team to implement new reporting solutions/technologies
• Partner with our Configuration Manager to manage, evolve, enrich and document our data model(s)
• Build reports, dashboards and perform data analysis to provide insights for our communities
• Engage with our stakeholders as needed to ensure the data we provide is as contextual and well understood as possible
• Directly support a team of 2 analysts providing reports and insights to our users

 
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) in a discipline such as:
• Business Intelligence / Data Analysis
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Experience with data warehousing solutions
• Experience with Microsoft SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, Microstrategy (and/or other similar tools)
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Python and/or R programming languages an asset
• You are analytical and understand the value of making data-driven decisions
• You have the ability to see the business problem and business solution in the eyes of the customer
• You are able to manage multiple projects and priorities
• You are a self starter who is comfortable working with and presenting to all management levels 
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
• Bilingualism (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

 
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:

• ITIL V3/V4 Certification
• ServiceNow Experience
• Experience in Telecommunications
