As a Senior Specialist – Business Growth you will:  

• Hold proven capabilities within the preparation of high-quality compliant proposal, tender and bid documentation that helps shape mission-driven offerings and meets structured capture plans.
• Have a background in international development with previous experience and collaboration with Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and other international donors.
• 5+ years in business development related roles, including extensive experience bidding and winning DFAT work and a strong understanding of the Australian International development market.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ideally, be Shipley trained and/or hold an understanding of complex proposal development and life-cycle methodology.
• The ability to quickly build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A keen eye for the identification of opportunities.
• Have relevant post-graduate qualifications with proven experience in business development.
• High-level commercial acumen and deadline driven.
• The ability to manage simultaneous tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

This key role will drive business development and support continual improvement across key functions, internal and external partners and executive and technical teams and contribute to program and project growth through an independent and focused methodology.
