We are looking for a highly motivated and creative, IT professional to join our team of Project Managers, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Security Architects that focus primarily on enterprise class corporate systems solutions.
The candidate will play a key role in planning and leading the delivery of the various IT projects, in partnership with other IT and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish an IT strategy that supports the overall business strategy, and includes a prioritized list of goals that deliver clear near-term value while enabling longer-term initiatives.
- Lead in partnership with the business and IT SMEs to align on needs and priorities, and develop a value driven roadmap in a collaborative and inclusive fashion, while identifying key technology gaps, risks, or customer impacts.
- Provide thought leadership on Privacy Engineering Leading Practices, and knowledge sharing for both current and emerging technologies within the IT Landscape.
- Work with executives, delivery directors, architects, project managers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure practicality of design, and delivery excellence in adherence to established architecture or roadmaps.
- Responsible for the architectural stream of large-scale projects including engaging the key stakeholders, documenting architecture and direction, following up on issues and sign-offs, producing status documentation, and informing team members of decisions made.
- Manage the agenda for the Data Privacy Design Authority including setting the agenda and facilitating topics for review
Critical Qualifications
- 5+ years in an Information Technology Architecture role with leadership experience in large scale Corporate Systems design, development, integration, and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or related field. (Master's degree is an asset).
- Recognized thought leadership and experience in: Business process transformation; Technology, System, and solution architecture; Data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the preparation and presentation of senior management packages, IT Roadmaps, and project business cases
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience with IT enterprise architecture including:
- Privacy Management Solution including Consent Management (OneTrust)
- Data Governance, Master Data Management and Meta Data Management (OneTrust, Watson Knowledge Catalogue, Collibra),
- Advanced Analytics & AI/ML (SAP, Business Objects BI, MicroStrategy BI, IBM CloudPak for Data)
- Integration technology (Kafka)
- Hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technology (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Emerging IT technologies
- Experience in Cyber Security design, Hybrid cloud architecture, and Multi Channel User Experience.
- Strong, problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, assess, and resolve challenges, driving solutions through to completion.
- Large scale delivery experience partnering with key stakeholder to define, plan, and deliver highly complex enterprise-grade IT solutions aligned to scope, quality, timeline, resources, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, including executives, decision-makers, managers, partners, and clients.
- Previous experience with ISO 27001 and 27701 organization
- Strong appreciation for Open API Frameworks such as experience with the TM Forum Open API Frameworks
