Job Duties:

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate high level business requirements into functional specifications, leveraging Hybris eCommerce business and application domain knowledge.
• Perform analysis of existing Hybris eCommerce and its integration points to ensure any new requirements and proposed solutions are viable with current design.  
• Manage large and complex digital Hybris eCommerce strategy, discovery, and project implementation.
• Create and maintain business processes, requirements, and functional specification documentation for Hybris eCommerce platform. 
• Translate requirements into appropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
• Support the creation of test plans – especially User Acceptance Testing for Hybris eCommerce modules/capabilities.
• Perform testing duties as needed, working with end users and project teams during the design, construction, testing, and implementation of modifications to integration systems with Hybris.
• Perform testing while collaborating with end users and project teams during system integration test of Hybris eCommerce.
• Support the education and training of end users on Hybris eCommerce in order to increase end user proficiency and adoption of implemented solutions.
• Support Hybris Architect on Hybris eCommerce migration and upgrades. 
• Ensure quality and relevance of user requirements, functional and technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to control scope, and maintain deliverable quality.
• Provide expertise to Product Management on the use of Hybris commerce capabilities and tools. 
• Serve as liaison between Business Units and ETP on eCommerce projects and enhancements (Hybris).
• Determine opportunities to redesign and/or automate business processes to increase efficiency.
• Communicate system and procedural changes to end users through written and oral communication.
• Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard processes, concepts, and methodologies defined by the ETP organization.
• Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization in defining solutions that meet business needs.
• May telecommute but must reside near reporting office in Dallas, Texas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, information systems, or related field; plus 5 years of experience in job offered or as Business Analyst in business information systems integration.
• Requires knowledge of SOAP, REST API, Hybris Hot-folder and Cronjobs, and SAP Hybris eCommerce integration with enterprise applications in both synchronous and asynchronous modes.
• Also requires experience with SAP Hybris eCommerce platform (B2B), data modelling, catalog structure, flexible queries, Impex, Gherkin format, and Agile methodology.
• Requires SAP Hybris Commerce Business Analyst certification.
