We have a wide range of opportunities across multiple products including Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Dynamics 365 HR on Enterprise Resource and Planning (ERP) application platforms and its integrating technologies.

We are expanding our presence in the Noida, India to grow a vibrant global engineering team making fundamentals investments to scale our services for our growing enterprise customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop team culture as a diverse, inclusive & collaborative environment
• Participate in recruiting activities for the new organization
• Drive product development with focus on quality, usability & performance leveraging data for making decisions
• Execute operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for all internal & external stakeholders

Qualifications

Must-have: 

• BE/BTech/MTech/MCA education with good academic background. 
• 8+ years of professional software development experience with 2+ years in building cloud-based SaaS applications
• 2+ years of managing a team of 7+ Engineers
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong technical skills including understanding of object-oriented programming & design, algorithms, database concepts & performance, no-sql technologies and microservice architecture
• Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience leading complex software projects over multiple releases covering all stages of the product/service lifecycle 
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software experience 
• X++/C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL experience
