Responsibilities
We are looking for passionate Back End developers with well-rounded experiences in data pipelines, ML, analytics, or reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
Architect, Design and Create Technical strategies to simplify complex business problems.
Act as Agile Sprint Lead focused on engineering fundamentals and execution efficiencies to deliver critical releases.
Write clean, well-intended code with an emphasis on quality, simplicity, and maintainability, while also inspiring others to do the same through code reviews, 1:1 mentoring, etc.
Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems while leveraging sound engineering practices.
Developing the data platform to acquire and integrate data from diverse sources using Azure Data Lake Gen2, Spark, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Stream Analytics, etc.
Develop low latency paths and models to support business operational/ reporting requirements.
Implement best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, data quality, performance optimization and automation.
Work with multiple client partner teams to implement cohesive end-to-end experiences.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of software engineering experience, with majority of that time in building data-driven engineering solution such as data pipelines, ML, analytics, or reporting solution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong focus on learning new technologies and demonstrated experience incorporating them into production solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a solid understanding of testing practices.
Expertise in the following or comparable Big data technologies like Azure Data Lake, Spark, Data bricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, COSMOS DB, SQL Azure.
Demonstrable ability in data modeling, ETL development, and Data warehousing, or similar skills.
Development experience in 2 or more in SQL, Scala, Python, C#, DAX or MDX.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work through amArebiguous situations.
