What will you do?

Understand and implement product adhering to software development life-cycle, from concept and design to testing.

Write well designed testable, efficient code.

Write Junit test cases to validate test developed code.

Capable of analyzing and understanding existing code application of the existing design to customize changes.

Providing high end customer solutions for client raised tickets.

Ability to develop, write design document and implement the code independently with minimal guidance.

Ability to upgrade to new technologies and framework.

Mentor junior engineers.

Will multitask and manage your own deliverables and that of the team.

Code review and debugging.

Be the SME on specific areas of Software development.

What do I need to succeed?

Must have:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience with enterprise software development.

Experience working with: Enterprise software development in JAVA, J2EE, Spring and Hibernate Frameworks, Web Services and REST-based APIs

Agile methodologies

UI frameworks and technologies

Good database and query building knowledge across multiple databases like PostgreSQL and Oracle.

Knowledge with Application Servers like JBoss / Websphere.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to foster team collaboration.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to create innovative solutions.

Good, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Good interpersonal skills and can foster team collaboration.

Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively while leading a team.

Able to work under stress with strong ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines when necessary.

Pro-active and has a strong desire to learn.
