Our goal, together, is to deliver best-in-class gaming simulation analytics and insight for critical decision making. We do this through measurement, strong data analysis, KPIs and data science that yields surfacing insight. The insight fuels action taken in a feedback loop by agents via reinforcement learning. By evaluating data capture, playback, ground truth, using synthetics and simulation pipelines paired with customer telemetry we measure and improve core sim platform capabilities. We empower our Simulation and Geospatial Visualization teams to know more and build better experiences. Analytics is the differentiator.

Responsibilities

You’ll work hands on cloud-based simulation, Data Science and ML Cognitive Services, writing code for capturing data, 3d visualizations, cloud-based persistent storage, distributed compute pipelines and even robotics. In this role, you’ll see a direct link between your work, product growth, and user satisfaction, making science fiction, science fact.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

5+ years programming of either of these languages (C++, C# or Python, SQL) and technologies Spark, Rest Api based Cognitive Services, Power BI

Preferred Qualifications (in order of priority) 

1+ years of experience with discrete statistics 

2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS.

3+ years of data management concepts of either data lineage or proliferation or observability or using tools like Kusto, xlens, and AP

Strong in distributed computing fields or in data streaming technology.

Bachelors or master’s in computer science or similar engineering degree, or 10+ years of equivalent industry experience 

Data architecture experience, SQL, Kusto, Power BI

Understand Microservices architecture and Data Mesh

Understand Data Story Telling 

Have a passion and broad knowledge of project management and product process.

Some Game Development or multi-player experience: Either 3D environmental development, Unreal, Omniverse

Experience working with teams using DevOps / GitOps

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Comfortable with understanding applications of AI and Reinforcement Learning in general, especially as applied to agent-based modeling or simulation contexts

Experience in communicating with customers, technical, regulatory, business teams, and management to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs.

Demonstrable Technical Leadership.

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
