Your new role

You will primarily be responsible for ServiceNow production, support, solution designing and development.
Lead requirements gathering workshops and collaborate with stakeholders on functional and technical requirements. Provide leadership and guidance and expert advice to enable effective decision making and achievement of outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• To be successful in this role, contemporary knowledge of application development suites such as ServiceNow is mandatory.
• You will also bring contemporary knowledge of information management technologies and their application within a business context
• Technical competence in Web Services development and ServiceNow API
• Experience in prototyping, designing, configuring and developing solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD framework. code repositories, GIT, BitBucket, Azure
