 The Bell Mobility Government, Public Safety and Instant Communications Business team is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Senior Sales Project Manager to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and forecasting for sales projects. The role includes the development and implementation of project management plans through the provision of project scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and forecasting. The selected candidate will work with the Government, Public Safety and Instant Communications Business and Network teams to develop and manage project documents and processes. 

 Job Duties/Accountabilities:

The incumbent reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement, and has the following responsibilities:

• Ensure project or work-packages assigned are delivered on time, on scope, on budget.
• May assist other Project Managers with communication management (i.e. the preparation of project, client, and executive reports).
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and resourcing. 
• Identifying/resolving/escalating obstacles to completing projects on time and to budget. 
• May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects)
• May be responsible for a work-package within the context of a larger project. 
• Must follow the project management methodology.
• Estimate project timelines and assist with the determination of a project scope that is scheduled in manageable components
• Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and urgency
• Ensures Quality Management is monitored throughout the project cycle and complete lessons learned at key points to validate findings and implements corrective action.
• Escalates issues and risks to senior project management 
• Perform and document post project reviews with assistance from senior project management or project sponsors 

Education/Experience:

• Must have 5+ years’ experience in related fields and/or disciplines
• PMP certified or, knowledge of the Project Management Institute’s approach to Project Management and working towards completion of PMI Certification 
• College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• Must be proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
