The Role

As a Senior Representative, Brokerage Operations on the Distributions Team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of money/asset movement requests for client accounts. You will use your strong analytical skills to determine whether legal requirements have been met by analyzing supporting documents and deliver effective written and verbal communication to appropriate business partners when requests are not in good order or need clarification. In this role, you will have opportunities to build working relationships with internal business partners that assist in the re-registration or money movement processes.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 2 + years of brokerage operations or financial services experience preferred
• Experience in Transaction processing roles or related financial process preferred
• Working knowledge of Fidelity applications preferred (FBSI, Xtrac, MyWorkspace)
• Provide quality customer service through accurate and timely processing of requests
• Flexible and can thrive in individual and team settings individually and as part of a team
• Proficient verbal and writing communication skills
