Randstad Wellington is now on the hunt for an skillful Senior Recruitment Consultant - If you have the background and experience, we want to hear from you!

This is a billing position, and you'll be expected to manage all aspects of a functioning desk - from candidate management up to buyer retention. Your main responsibility will be to drive growth in existing and prospective clients, meaning you'll be accountable for developing business relationships across the board while still maintaining a steady stream of solid candidate placements.

What you'll need:

  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Working knowledge and/or understanding of the business support industry
  • A hunger and drive to achieve more
  • The ability to take the initiative and push for more
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
