Job Title

Senior Quality Engineer- RBC Ventures

Job Description

RBC Ventures is a new kind of business – one that marries the strength of one of the world’s most trusted and successful financial institutions with a mission to reimagine the role we play in people’s lives – to move RBC ‘beyond banking’. We’re building a world-class organization focused on designing exceptional experiences, exploring new business models, and creating exponential value. In 2020, we were named by Fast Company as one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators and we’re looking for team members with the curiosity to explore, the capabilities to build, and the capacity to help us deliver our mission.

RBC is changing how people think about and interact with the bank on a daily basis. We want to be more than just transactional and episodic and are finding new and innovative ways to be an essential part of everyone’s daily life. At RBC Ventures we think and act like startups - exploring new ideas that are often completely unrelated to traditional banking products

  • Document QA knowledge and communicate them to internal teams when necessary;
  • Participating in post-implementation reviews of application development content and processes; continually working to create a learning environment by sharing about the participation process with others.
  • Supporting the implementation of application programs; fixing any existing or new bugs.

What do you need to succeed?

  • You think digital-first and believe all customer experiences should be simple and effective
  • You’re a creative problem-solver, outcome-focused and passionate about building software products and taking ownership
