Senior Property Manager | Class A Office | NYC

Hays Commercial Property have partnered with one of the country's most successful real estate investment firms, who are currently hiring for an experienced Property Manager to support an iconic class A office asset in their Manhattan portfolio.

Your new role

As the Property Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the property operations team to ensure the highest levels of operational standards across the asset. Duties will include ensuring an exceptional tenant and guest experience, managing operating and capital budgets, oversight of capital projects, identifying and presenting on areas to help the continued advancement of the asset, conduct daily property inspections, coordinating across departments to ensure each area is functioning at the highest level, and maintain open and effective communication with VP, Property Management.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have a minimum of 10+ years property management experience within class A office assets.
• Knowledge of construction projects, operating systems, and property accounting.
• Proven ability to provide first class tenant and guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi, and Building Engines.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment.
