The Role

As a Senior Project Support Officer, you will be assisting the program team across all workstreams, contributing to and managing the project foundations, structure, organisation, governance, controls and ways of working requirements. You will be working directly for the Solution Delivery Lead and alongside our team of Project Managers (PMs) and Business Analysts (BAs). This is a full-time role based in Perth.

In this role you’ll:

• Assisting with governance and controls framework development
• Assisting with providing facilitation service across project risk, scope, estimating, resourcing, communication, vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
• Reviewing project related tickets in ServiceNow to ensure Service Level Agreements are met
• Assisting with creation of user guides / knowledge base articles as needed
• Coordinating team meetings and correspondence as required

Skills you'll bring:

• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, methodologies, metrics, budgeting, control and scope.
• Demonstrate experience managing resources and drive performance in line with budget and business expectations.
• Demonstrate experience managing a cross functional delivery team
