Function
- Provide our customers with a single point of contact to support the implementation of their newly acquired products and services
- Provide overall management for assigned projects.
- Oversee other delivery resources to validate contracts, define scope of projects and prepare all necessary documentation to formally initiate a project
- Position may require “off normal†evening or weekend support
Responsibilities
- Manage highly complex projects and/or strategic initiatives with large cross functional teams
- Interact and communicate directly with client teams and executives
- Prepare and deliver project, client and executive status and reports
- Prepare and contribute to internal presentations concerning project scope, timeline, activities, issues, budget and progress
- Prepare project timelines and assist with the determination of a project scope that is scheduled in manageable components
- Monitor timelines and project cost to ensure adherence with approved project plans
- Manage the work efforts and budgets provided for third party providers and consultants
- Protect project scope using change management procedures to protect against “scope creepâ€
- Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and urgency
- Proactively track and manage issues, risks and project budgets while escalating to senior project management to ensure that possible actions will mitigate these
- Ensure that quality management standards are adhered to and that projects are completed on time, on specification and on budget
- Perform and document post-project reviews
- Provide feedback of team member performance on a project for the purposes of the employee’s performance review
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with demonstrated results
- 5+ years of experience in a related business field
- Expert knowledge of Project Management Institute’s approach to Project Management and demonstrated successful completion of an advanced Project Management course
- University degree in a related field
- PMP designation or equivalent is required

- Highly developed organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to solicit cooperation and resolve conflict
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Team oriented; action oriented; self-motivated and delivery focused
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Superior data management and analysis skills
