Your new role
You will work on a very important project that involves improvement of customer experience. This is an 8-month contract where you will be involved in a large programme of work that is more people and customer focused (Not technical). This programme of work highly focuses on cultural and customer transformation elements, targeting an outcome of an overall improvement on customer satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
-You will have at least 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager
-You will be customer focused with experience in customer service, retail is ideal
-You are passionate about making a difference in customers experience
