We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to help a Transition Project for our client. You will be responsible for all the activities necessary to transition the Programme into the future operating model and management agency. Part of your duties will be leading the Transition Work stream, which is one of the five major work streams within the project.

The purpose of this position is to ensure the work stream delivers its expected outcomes within the time, cost and quality parameters set in the project business case. Strong relationship management. Developing and maintaining effective and credible relationships with Steering Groups and Programme Governance Boards, senior management, front line staff, project managers and project stakeholders is a must.

 What you’ll need to succeed:

• Develop and maintain the project routine, plans and work schedules.
• A foundation of PRINCE2 and certifications in risk, benefit and change management.
• Provide project status reports on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, financials and contracts, risks, and issues.
• Leading the Transition Workstream through development design and implementation of plan with the aim of transitioning functions to an external management company.
• Ensuring key milestones and deliverables are of appropriate levels of quality, on time, within budget and in accordance with the programme plan.
