The Finance Team manages the performance and risk profile of Bell, ensuring the needs of customers, investors and employees are balanced with long-term business success. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute plans that help the company achieve its strategic objectives and ensure financial sustainability.  

 

About the team

In our Data & Analytics team, out customer relationships are high priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager/project manager to maintain our Finance Business Unit (BU) accounts and serve as our main point of contact. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with internal customers and our internal team

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Will play key role developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of Finance BU clients, connecting with key stakeholders

•    Will liaise between Finance customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Finance BU needs / priorities

•    Will solicit, develop, maintain and socialize/present status updates and milestones according to Finance BU needs

•    Will act as Finance BU advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied

•    Will present to director / VP stakeholders during regular (monthly/quarterly) touchpoints

•    Will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects

•    Will work with internal Project teams and be accountable for the project scope, project team, resources, and the success of the project

•    Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery including communication (strong presentation package skills via PowerPoint slides, etc).

•    Will have a focus on Data Governance Framework Development and liaise between larger Corporate governance initiatives

•    Projects may involve change management, process improvement, etc.

•    Coordinates work performed by technical staff and business engagement (internal customers/partners) by defining project requirements

•    Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery

•    Projects limited in number, size and complexity

•    Usually works under the direction of a senior project/program manager

 

Critical Qualifications

•    Ability to manage Multiple or Large Projects

•    Senior Management Level Communication

•    Strong presentation and preparation skills

•    Experience in data & technology / Finance

•    Change Management experience

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
