The IoT Product Success Team’s mission is to help the entire organization plan and build experiences customers love, boost cross-team collaboration and ensure our offerings meet the highest bar for trustworthiness. Our team drives planning and execution related rhythm of business reviews. We collect, prioritize and drive customer, engineering and compliance requirements across our products. We also coordinate cross-team projects as needed to meet engineering and/or customer requirements. We are looking for someone who has a balance of technical depth, independence, pragmatism and cross-team agility, paired with attention to detail and a bias towards action. You would define, expand and improve cross-team processes and coordinate broad, cross-team initiatives to help us exceed our customer’s expectations. An ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering software products as well as the craft and experience to identify gaps, drive cross-team conversations and propose thoughtful solutions to challenging problems. You will need the aptitude and communication skills to build good relationships across a diverse and distributed team.

• Establish and refine overarching team guidance and processes
• Lead cross-team/discipline efforts as a general contractor
• Build dashboards and reports to track and drive projects
• Present risks and prioritization recommendations to leadership
• Represent IoT in division-wide forums and workstreams
• Drive improvements in tooling used across the Digital Transformation Platform and Azure divisions
• Provide an individual, diverse perspective to the team to help make sure we see things from all sides and learn from everybody

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience building and releasing software or services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Proven project management skillset and a passion for driving improvement
• Ability to simultaneously track multiple projects
• Great organizational and communication skills\
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, PowerBI, Kusto, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Familiarity with building and operating Azure branded services
• Experience running a compliance, fundamentals or governance program such as privacy or security
• Ability to collaborate, build relationships and get results without direct authority
