Description:
The IT Network Operations Team is currently seeking an energetic and passionate Senior Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will drive the strategy and execution of a large Network transformation and security program across IT. The candidate will be accountable to work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to drive the teams to meet our delivery, security and currency objectives. We require a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills who thrives in an exciting and constantly changing environment.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
- Lead the strategy build & execution of a multi-year program to drive currency and automation across a world class network.
- Lead a cross functional team of IT Professionals that include a mix of internal Direct Reports, Contract Employees and External Partners
- Accountable to lead scope clarification, conceptual solutions and project assessments of across a large portfolio of projects
- Negotiate and confirm program scope with key stakeholders and track our key performance indicators to meet our business objectives.
- Assist in project planning and costing for multi-year strategic plan, support all PEATS and finance project delivery obligations following IT practices.
- Lead regular sessions with IT teams to define and drive the strategy to meet security program objectives.
- Identify/raise project issues and gaps and drive the resolution across multiple teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet cross function teams & program objectives.
- Ability to program manage multiple delivery and or security projects.
- Manage program financials, annual, quarterly and monthly YEE.
- Support and guide all parties involved within a program to embrace effective governance throughout the life cycle of projects.
- Conduct data analysis for investigation and quantification of security posture and impact, developing metrics to evaluate progress, capabilities, and goals.
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- At least 5 years previous experience as a Delivery / Support and or Security Program Manager
- Proficient in Project Management methodologies
- Sound business acumen
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills to clearly express and communicate concepts, designs and proposals. Ability to communicate highly complex matters and adapt to the target audience and forum
- Ability to pull multiple sources of truth into a vision and present to senior leadership
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to gain management support and work effectively at all levels across the organization and across departments within our organization
- Experience influencing & negotiating with stakeholders and partner teams, especially in collaborating with different individuals across the organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fluid team environment & manage multiple priorities
- Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with a clear experience focusing under pressure

- Experience driving projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining and improving end-to-end processes
- Experience managing competing priorities and simultaneous/concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Finance, Budget (Knowledge of SAP) and Governance Processes (PEATS/IPC/ICEC)
College certificate or University degree (business, computer science)
Project Management Certifications and or work experience equivalents
