• Work with the design and engineering teams to build intelligent experiences that drive Microsoft 365 growth and delight our users by helping them achieve more
• Work with the research and data science teams to identify high impact opportunities to improve our experiences, and evaluate success after shipping, using product telemetry, customer sentiment data, and other signals
• Define product strategy and feature ideas, starting from the customer’s perspective with a deep understanding of their met and unmet needs
• Present to executives, and at customer conferences (e.g. Microsoft Ignite)

• Proven experience using quantitative and qualitative data to recommend product decisions
• Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts, and to apply understanding of technical opportunities and constraints to product plans
• A good understanding of how to create software or how an engineering product lifecycle works
• Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills, and an attention to detail
• Experience with product-led growth or an in-product marketplace is a plus
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Product/Program management experience
• Undergraduate degree (Computer Science, Business, or Data Science preferred) or equivalent experience
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Dublin, Ireland metro area
