What is the opportunity?
At Boomerang, the senior leadership team works on solving complex business problems with creativity and passion, always looking to learn something new. We are seeking an experienced product leader to join us in this mission, with a focus on strategic planning, driving the product roadmap, supporting product execution and leading product launches. Together with other members of the senior leadership team, you will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams.
What will you do?
Translate our mission and strategy into specific customer outcomes that can be supported by thoughtful product development.
Collaborate with members of different teams – UX, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success – to prioritize these outcomes into a roadmap.
Identify product requirements that could result in those outcomes, and define them pragmatically in proportion to their probable impact.
Coordinate the implementation of these requirements, helping the team adapt to constraints and new information to support timely delivery.
Continuously assess the impact of product development efforts by gathering analysis yourself and in partnership with research teams, and synthesizing it with direct feedback from different sources.
Keep the team informed about the results of product development efforts, and how effectively they’ve supported intended customer outcomes.
Be the champion for user-centric product development practices within and beyond the Boomerang team.
