Job Description
Key accountabilities:
- Define and present program strategy to executive teams
- Track operational performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics and techniques
- Communicate the impact of each of the repair programs (Virtual Repair, Wi-Fi, TTD, etc), and its relation to Bell’s and Bell Field’s strategic imperatives
- Establishing the process, tools, and resources required to build out the program governance
- Identify opportunities to drive meaningful impacts to the business
- Lead projects from ideation to delivery
- Develop business cases, manage project documentation, budget and stakeholders
- Perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed
Qualifications:
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, adept with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Ability to lead and influence peers to drive program outcomes
- Ability to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Presentation, verbal and written communication and skills
- Project / program management skills & experience
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Relevant university degree
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an asset
- Field Services experience is an asset
Working Conditions:
- Travel as required
- Off normal hours (evening and weekends) at times
- Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
