We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive who is passionate about delivering innovative marketing projects. You will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and you will implement solutions that grow market share and brand reputation to drive growth.

As one of Massey University's Senior Marketing Executive's the successful applicant will need to be experienced in working on a variety of projects at a local, national or international level. You will be able to show your depth of consumer and/or service marketing knowledge and have the ability to implement projects with a collaborative approach. You will be a person who embraces building relationships, and you will be future-focused and open to disruption with a thirst for success. You will have excellent experience marketing best practices (including digital, content marketing, email marketing and marketing automation) and enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking, can work to tight deadlines, have an eye for detail and creative judgement and love delivering results in a large complex interesting organisation.

You will also have sound experience in copywriting, project management, and understands marketing with a customer-centric focus.

To be successful in this role we require the following:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent business experience in marketing
• Ideally at least five years demonstrable experience as a senior marketing executive
• Proficiency in marketing, project or campaign management and analytics
• Proven ability to deliver marketing plans
• Experience with Te Ao Māori would be highly beneficial
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a concise and compelling manner
• Skills in working across various departments or stakeholders
• Experience working within the education sector would be ideal
