 We are seeking applications from Senior Manager level candidates within Wealth and Asset Management. These roles are permanently based in Melbourne or Sydney.  

 Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience in managing small to large complex technical projects in a large and complex service industry organisation, including relevant project management qualifications or equivalent.
• Provide project milestones and cost estimates, prepare and manage project budgets and ensure changes to forecasted costs and scope are flagged and varied appropriately.
• Develop and maintain project and program management frameworks, documentation, and tools to improve the project maturity within the Technology team.
• Project manage teams, information flows and manage key stakeholders
• Play a role in business plan initiatives (e.g. key accounts, recruitment, client service framework) and new business opportunities by building client relationships and demonstrating knowledge of client business
• Understand the capabilities of the firm and look for opportunities to sell additional services to our clients.

 To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Proven expertise in Wealth Asset Management is essential 
• Deep understanding of Technology and Data systems across the sector such as Blackrock, Simcorp, thinkfolio, Bloomberg AIM and similar systems 
• Project Management Qualifications (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) with extensive experience in project managing large / complex projects.
• Core skills delivering technical projects for clients such as RFPs 
• Previous top 4 consulting experience is essential.
• Extensive experience in Application Project Management
• Worked in Agile / DevOps environments.
• Capable of controlling and managing risks, dependencies and changes in scope associated with complex IT projects.
• Successful change management experience.
• Stakeholder engagement delivering to senior managers and C-suite
