Our International Tax & Transaction Services team are currently seeking Senior Managers who are passionate about Transfer Pricing to support our clients in advising on business restructures, planning for new international projects, navigating tax authority reviews and managing compliance obligations.

 As part of our ITTS team you would have the opportunity to work across a range of clients, from large multinational companies across a broad range of industries to small start-ups.  Working closely with our broader international and corporate tax specialists across the EY network in Australia and overseas, you would be part of an integrated team striving to help our clients thrive in a global environment. 

Your key responsibilities 

• Working collaboratively with other tax professionals and providing transfer pricing subject matter expertise to resolve client challenges
• Leading engagements and managing the day-to-day client relationship
• Supporting Partners with complex engagements, including transfer pricing reviews, audits and Advance Pricing Arrangements with the ATO and other tax authorities
• Identifying business development opportunities and supporting pursuits
• Mentoring, training and developing managers and staff

 Skills and attributes for success

 To qualify for the role you must have

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience undertaking similar tasks in a consulting or large corporate environment
• Exceptional Client service orientation
• Highly numerate with well-developed research skills and the ability to interpret data
• Demonstrated expertise attracting and developing business and maintaining long term client relationships
• Strong intellectual rigour and commercial awareness combined with first-class numeracy and analytical skills

 Ideally, you’ll also have

• Undergraduate qualifications in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Ideally Honours or Postgraduate qualification in Economics/Finance
• Healthy work ethic and teaming with colleagues
• A curious mind and deep knowledge of different business models across a range of industries
