Position Description:
The Senior Manager, Salesforce Funnel and Dashboard Design & Reporting role is a very exciting opportunity for the right person. This role will be key to the success of our sales channels. You will lead a team that will builds innovative solutions for business challenges, you will become intimate with our instance, understand current business practices, learn to question why, and search for ways to affect positive changes and improve selling efficiency.
This position calls for a proven Salesforce leader with problem-solving abilities and operational expertise. You will lead the gathering and analyzing of business needs and drive development, ensuring consistency of definitions and business rules. You will significantly improve how Sales operates within our instance. You will build and maintain collaborative relationships while working with partners and cross-functional teams.
Main responsibilities
- Lead a team that will provide advanced Salesforce SMB dashboard performance and reporting capabilities
- Drive change through Salesforce automation, e.g. Automate business processes using Salesforce tools such as flows, process builders, workflow rules, approval processes, and formula fields
- Partner with the sales team to maintain, develop and execute all SMB Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
- Improve the overall quality and completeness of documentation. Document all flows, rules, metadata changes in accordance with the business requirements and workflows
- Work with sales/support teams to understand their workflows and recommend solutions using Salesforce
- Extract information and other records within system for reporting purposes
- Partner with sales teams to update and develop new or existing Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Responsible for leading the data structure and data content decisions within Salesforce.com for extraction, analysis, and compilation.

- Establish data processes according to best practice
- Provide complete analytical support including pulling data, organizing analyses and interpreting data.
- Work with Marketing teams to support ongoing Campaign management and execution
Competencies / Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Have a current Salesforce Admin 201 and/or Platform App Builder Certification
- Hands on experience in the configuration of declarative Salesforce features including user management, roles/profiles, permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, and Managed Packages
- Strong solution design skills with in-depth understanding of permissions in Salesforce; Roles and Profiles, Org-wide defaults, Sharing Sets, Permission Sets, and Flows
- Good understanding of Lightening web components, Visualforce page layouts, and Visualforce components
- Experience with relational databases a strong plus: SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Familiar with the B2B or Small Business segment and environment
