Reporting directly to the VP, Business Solutions and Vice Chair Bell MTS Western Canada, the selected candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in leading high performing teams, disciplined cadences, employee engagement, and an exceptional ability to foster internal and external relationships.   

Job Duties / Accountabilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals and support matrixed extended team servicing multiple verticals and generating in excess of 100M of revenue annually
  • Engage with, Invest in, train, and coach all team members
  • Comprehensive understanding of new and innovative technology, its applications for the Company, and its ability to craft and extend the current product/services offerings to customers.
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans including customer engagement events, campaigns, and partner programs
  • Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts at the senior level
  • Establish an efficient management structure within the team: follow-up on key indicators, regular follow-up meetings, year-end revenue forecasts updated on a monthly basis
  • Manage resource, expense budgets, and ensure that the teams observe company policy with respect to expenditures
  • Lead sales transformation activities 

Critical Qualifications / Competencies:

  • University degree; bachelor’s degree or higher Degree
  • 5 years of professional sales experience; with three of those years leading sales team
  • Experience in managing the sales cycle, including the steps involved in prospecting, qualifying, recommending, signing and implementing complex solutions
  • Solid knowledge of Bell Business Markets 6 Key Practice areas:  Contact Center, Voice and Unified Communications, Internet and Private Networks,Cloud, Wireless Services and Security
  • Knowledge of revenue and cost management
  • Excellent skills with respect to negotiating, presentations, conducting analyses and summarizing information
  • Strong team spirit and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and multiple projects
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with partners and customers
  • SFDC proficiency
  • Experience in Change Management
