The Sales Planning & Reporting team is looking for someone capable of facilitating high-level strategy discussions with a strong research and quantitative analysis background. This person will help formulate long and short-range plans, recommend responses to changes in the market, and dive deep into analysis on key business drivers.
 

Main responsibilities

  • Spearhead the coordination of strategic and business planning, forecast and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all key project delivery dates are met
  • Prepare executive-facing presentations for planning, deep dives and other leadership forums
  • Serve as a consultative lead on all priority sales decks and presentations
  • Review / update competitive analysis and industry benchmarking
  • Source internal and external data / research to support planning & analysis
  • Develop modelling to evaluate and guide recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance teams to analyze current business issues and identify opportunities to drive improvement

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Skills in MS Office, particularly strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to build Kick A** presentations
  • Undergraduate degree B.A, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or Finance
  • MBA or professional designation (CPA, CFA, PMP) would be an asset
  • Comfortable presenting compelling stories supported with research and quantitative analysis
  • Enjoys working within high energy team and collaborates cross-functionally with ease
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities on a regular basis while respecting tight deadlines
  • Familiar with the B2B or Small Business segment and environment preferred
  • 8+ years in a planning and/or strategy role preferred
  • Telecom experience would be an asse
