About the team
The Affiliate, Infrastructure Services, Security and Government Operations Delivery district is a fast-paced and dynamic team within the Information Technology organization. The team’s mandate is to work with Bell and Affiliate stakeholders and technology partners to deliver solutions that leverage Bell’s significant investment in its strategic IT platforms. The team has a wide range of skill sets from Program and Project Managers, Business Analysts, System Administrators, Developers and Cyber Security Experts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, build and execution of a multi-year program focused on bringing secure and improved IT capabilities to the business
Negotiate and confirm program scope with key stakeholders and track key performance indicators to meet business objectives
Manage multiple business and IT teams to deliver on time and on budget
Manage project financials, project risks and overall schedule in partnership with assigned Project managers
Mentoring and coaching the development of resources including PMs, Techs, and other team members.(direct/indirect reports)
Drive innovation and simplicity - identify opportunities and drive process improvements, standardization, and enablers to gain efficiencies in project delivery and life cycles
Critical Qualifications
At least 5 years previous experience as a Delivery or Program Manager.
Proficient in project management methodology
Demonstrated ability to gain management support and work effectively at all levels across the organization and across departments within our organization
Experience in Information Technology, along with a background knowledge of the telecommunications industry enabling you to appropriately guide project requirements, identify risks and direct analysis is desirable.
Proven leadership skills to negotiate, motivate and manage large teams
Strong coaching and leadership skills – experience with direct reports
Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
End-to-end knowledge of telecommunications systems (Assurance, Provisioning, Call Centre, Billing)
Knowledge of Bell’s Financial Systems and governance processes (Peats/IPC/Infrastructure council)

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
