Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Business Planning & Strategy, you will be leading the team responsible for measuring subscriber sales & performance metrics. You will focus on identifying new opportunities through analysis of market trends and historical data. The models you and your team develop will be the foundation for strategic decision-making across multiple products and market segments.

Key responsibilities:
- Weekly sales trajectory monitoring and forecasting across all segments
- Identify insights & opportunities for growth by analyzing historical regional, channel, and customer segment sales data
- Lead deep dive analysis and tell compelling stories with numbers that will drive strategic decision-making
- Network with business partners and industry contacts to gather insights and improve model assumptions
- Support monthly planning cycle with forecasting, competitive insight and target setting
- Work cross functionally to gain alignment with key stakeholder groups to develop budget and long range plan targets based on market trends and assumptions
- Analyze, challenge and stress test assumptions & inputs to current plan
- Design and produce ad-hoc reports and dashboards to monitor the success of various campaigns and programs
- Assess feasibility of business cases and marketing initiatives impact to sales
What we’re looking for:
- Undergraduate degree B.A, MA, MBA – Marketing, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics or Finance
- Experience with SAS, SQL, Microstrategy, Tableau.
- 5+ years of experience in creating forecasts, modelling, and insight analysis
- Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel
- Passion for presenting and sharing results and insights (peers, business partners, and executives)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities on a regular basis while respecting deadlines
- Enjoys working within a high energy team
- Telecom experience would be an asset
- MBA or professional designation (CPA, CFA) would be an asset
