This position is central to the sector’s transformation and includes rolling out new work practices (agility) and various initiatives at all scales. The role also involves providing stimulating support in a complex, constantly changing field with quality partners.

This innovative leader will co-lead with our colleagues in the Finance sector to transform the operating model and work organization.

Your role

• Manage a multidisciplinary team (business/application analysts, functional analysts, developers, solutions architects, scrum masters) responsible for supporting, updating and developing applications for the Finance ecosystem
• Support the execution of the sector’s transformation projects
• Be responsible for the work related to securing a portfolio of IT assets in the Finance/Accounting ecosystem
• Contribute to the progress of the sector’s Agile transformation.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or other degree and several years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of best practices for accounting/financial processes (a major asset)
• Experience in team transformation
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team
• Experience managing and updating a portfolio of applications that support Finance functions
• Experience in managing SaaS applications (including SAP S/4Hana) and rolling out cloud-based systems (AWS environment)
• Experience in supporting operating processes that affect users of an ecosystem
• Knowledge of security requirements and rollout of appropriate mechanisms to secure applications and protect the Bank’s data
• Motivated to learn new things
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all line levels.
