The opportunity

Taking a lead role in our Intelligent Automation team, this opportunity will see a thought and people leader with extensive experience in digital transformation deliver a better working world to our clients. Through delivering progressive and intuitive solutions which leverage emerging technologies this role will be instrumental in furthering EY’s service offering in Intelligent Automation in Canberra and beyond.  

Your key responsibilities

• Delivery of full scale, bespoke technology process improvement solutions to our clients
• Develop mutually beneficial client relationships which allow clients to achieve time and cost savings through adopting emerging technology
• Provide subject matter expertise for digital projects and programs of work
• Lead a team of likeminded professionals ensuring EY is positioned to deliver work at the cutting edge of automation technologies

Skills and attributes for success
 

      To qualify for the role you must have

• Extensive experience in automation technologies and demonstrated experience in successfully delivering process improvement through adoption and customisation of emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to analyse processes and problems and develop strong technical solutions through effective business consultation and partnering
• Ability to map requirements and establish delivery timelines which add value and process improvement for clients
• Aspirational leadership skills and the ability to build diverse teams with a mix of technical and business acumen.
• Australian citizenship, and baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• An understanding of public sector procurement processes and an established network within the ACT
