Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant (Over 3 years experience) or Manager (over 8 years experience) with experience in areas such as Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance Management and ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) to join our Enterprise Risk Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of our service offering.

Working in our Enterprise Risk practice, you will have the opportunity to work with international clients to develop Corporate Governance framework, manuals, board and committee charters, develop Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and manuals and develop Compliance framework, compliance checklists/registers and related manuals, develop or review ESG framework. You will also have the opportunity to perform corporate governance reviews, perform ERM activities, perform compliance reviews and perform ESG related reviews.  

Candidates applying to this position should have a minimum of 3 plus years experience for Seniors and minimum 8 years experience for Managers in the above fields.
