Job Description
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Enterprise Identity and Access Management Strategy Team is looking for a Senior Manager of Enterprise Identity and Access Management Strategy. They will be responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of identity and physical access related strategies and roadmaps for the bank. This includes assisting in the defining of technical specifications derived from business requirements, reviewing solution architectures and designs, prioritizing, updating and appropriately modifying strategies and roadmaps as well as assist in managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Develop EIAM strategies that utilize the latest technology and trends to fulfill IAM related needs and requirements and align with defined direction from the Enterprise Architecture team
Develop and maintain roadmaps at the program and project levels that align with architectures defined by Enterprise Architecture. Align these roadmaps to RBC and Technology and Operations (T&O) specific strategies. Ensure they are feasible and realistic by incorporating inputs and perspective from other IAM teams and resources including the Global Cyber Security (GCS) and impacted lines of business
Update and maintain strategies ensuring reflect changing requirements and feedback from stakeholders as well as changing market trends and technologies
Assist the Director in prioritizing and planning the delivery of IAM capabilities
Work with Solution Architects to facilitate disciplined decisions on access related solutions that address business needs within a resourcing and bandwidth context that include IAM engineering, integration and application support, operations and program teams
Work with appropriate lines of business to define and interpret business requirements and map them to appropriate technical specifications which can be leveraged to drive solution architectures and design
Assist the Director with business planning, intake, onboarding; assessment, solutioning and estimation related tasks and deliverables
Ensure that current and future IAM related projects, programs, development and operations meet enterprise architecture and technology standards
Must have:
Undergraduate degree coupled with identity management experience in a large organization, preferably a financial institution.
Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.
Strategic thinker with strong organizational, project management and time management capabilities.
A strong understanding of technology involved in identity and access management (PAM, IGA, Authentication, Authorization, Cloud IAM).
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice-to-have:
CISSP or other IAM specific certifications
Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and businesses
