As a leader, you will support the managers of your team in their professional path and evolution at the Bank. 
You will actively participate in the strategy and evolution of the rotation program, its practices, and the introduction of new data professions in the program. As specialist, you will participate in the Chief Data Office analytical initiatives on the tactic as well as the strategic level.

Your main tasks will focus on:

• Support of the managers in the realization of the technical experts’ rotations
• Evolution of best practices to maximize the rotation program team’s success in all their projects.
• Participation and active contribution to the strategic planification of Integration, Data Culture team
• Integration and democratization of data professions in lines of businesses
• Responsibility of managing and executing the program’s initiatives

More specifically, you will:

• Ensure the professional development of your team by complying with the Bank’s management cycles 
• Create and maintain a pleasant work environment within your team
• Keep close contact with your managers by having regular and ad hoc one-on-one meetings 
• Ensure close guidance of the team
• Stay informed about the technical experts’ projects and their progress via documentation tools and meetings
• Participate in the evolution of best work practices
• Provide ongoing coaching to managers so they can implement an effective development strategy adapted to the business realities while ensuring that their contribution is recognized at the Bank
• Support managers in developing their technical and business skills through training, targeted assignments or by giving them the most visibility possible
• Participate in monthly and quarterly team meetings to share administrative messages, foster team spirit and a culture of collaboration
• Keep the rotation program strategic plan up to date
• Analyse projects and initiatives’ requests that impact the rotation program and decide of the strategy
• Support the Senior Manager in the team’s strategic choices, the evolution of the vision and the definition of what is needed in data professions at the Bank
• Ensure the technical managers are aligned with the Chief Data Office’s various operational frameworks and governance rules
• Be an active ambassador for the Chief Data Office
• Be an active ambassador for the Data Academy

• Demonstrated experience in understanding business needs
